RETURN POLICY

HOW DO I RETURN MY PRODUCT?

If you would like to return your fLash product purchased on eyelashgrowth.com for any reason within 90 days of placing your order, simply submit a request through our Contact Form on our website and our customer service team will assist you and provide you with an RMA#.

When you request an RMA# please provide your name, the date you purchased your product and the order number. Please note that if you purchased directly from an authorized retailer any returns will be subject to the return policies of that retailer.

In the event more than one product is purchased, the additional pieces may only be returned if they are unopened and completely sealed.

SHIPPING

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 2976 Golf Course Drive, Ventura, California US 93003.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


REFUNDS

Once your return is received, your refund less shipping costs will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

 

Please allow up to one week after your returned product has arrived at our facility for your refund to be completed. After that time, if you haven’t received your refund yet, please contact us at support@eyelashgrowth.zendesk.com.
