You never really stop and think about how sexy eyelashes make a woman look until they have become damaged and they are no longer those long and slender, sexy lashes that you used to see. From what I have been made to understand is that some women can curl their eyelashes to make them battier and this can actually over time damage them, a process that has prompted some women to start using eyelash extensions so they can have sexy lashes. However, after doing a bit of online research I quickly realized that there are some other options for damaged eyelashes that don’t require gluing on eyelash extensions. I was able to find several natural products that are non-irritating to the eyes and that allow for eyelash regrowth in a relatively short period of time. But, I didn’t just take their word for it. I conducted more investigative research and found that many of these products for eyelash regrowth have been proven to work, and that the reviews – written by women who have used such products were literally raving.

I decided to go on my own quest for long eyelashes and try out a few products that will help me reach my goal. I started by looking online one evening before I went to bed. I researched products that claimed to help me grow the long eyelashes I wanted. Upon looking, I realized there were countless products available over the counter as well as in prescription form. I decided to try out a couple of the over the counter products.

One of the products was a cream to help promote the growth of my eyelashes, making them longer and thicker. After a couple of weeks of using the cream, I did notice a little growth, but not the growth that I wanted. Then, I resorted to using false eyelashes, which gave me the eyelashes I wanted, but were sometimes bulky. Lastly, I tried some eyelash building mascara, which actually worked! I’ve been using it ever since.

     

Even if they don’t admit it, every woman wants the long eyelashes that grace every beauty queen, celebrity and mascara ad in the world. Let’s face it, as a normal woman, we generally don’t have the liberty or the genes for eyelashes so long and curly they need their own zip code. We actually need a little bit of help.

For us women who are devoid of long eyelashes, there is a way to combat your short eyelash genetics. The most affordable is the use of mascara. With as many formulations as there are variants of DNA, mascara can and will lengthen your eyelashes to the max. A new formulation of mascara now boasts that it can make your eyelashes lengthen at least 70% longer, without the use of eyelash extensions. I need to run out and purchase this little bit of a miracle and put it on in the car if it gives my eyelashes that much of a boost.

Another formulation of mascara uses a micro-tube technology, which extends minuscule tubes created by polymers at the end of your eyelash. This polymer tube attracts the mascara like a magnet, therefore making your eyelashes noticeably longer and thicker- looking. Quite frankly, this mascara formulation is one of my favorites due to its ease of use and its ability to rinse off with soap and water.
