long eyelashes, longer eyelashesMost people consider long eyelashes attractive. In fact long eyelashes look attractive on both genders. Thick dark lashes look just as appealing on a man as they do on a woman. Perhaps longer eyelashes are so alluring because they are a sign of good nutrition and health. Conversely having sparse eyelashes or no eyelashes at all could be a sign of an eye disease such as Conjunctivitis.
There is no question that long eyelashes are appealing. Nevertheless, I’m not sure what lengths I would go to if I wanted longer eyelashes. I would have no problem using an eyelash conditioner in order to encourage my eyelashes to grow, and I already wear mascara whenever I go out. I would also be prepared to amend my diet in order to grow more eyelashes. I can’t see myself going for eyelashes extensions or an eyelash transplant. It seems to me that these procedures are much too intrusive. For me going to the opticians for an eye exam is harrowing enough. I don’t like people coming too close to my eyes. I wouldn’t wear false eyelashes either, because I think they often look too obvious (especially in the picture that accompanies this blog post).
Perhaps it’s easy for me to say that I’d be reluctant to go for eyelash extensions or an eyelash transplant, because I already have long eyelashes. Maybe if I had short eyelashes I would change my perspective, but I don’t think so. I’ve always been a firm believer in doing things the natural way.
