Ever since the beginning of time, the eyes have been a pivotal focus point for beauty in nearly every culture. Humans (and males especially) are very visual creatures. We have a very good intuitive sense of harmony when we look at someone, and are constantly evaluating their ratios and such. The key to getting long eyelashes is to find the right grower. Unless you are born with naturally long eyelashes (believe it or not, for a guy, I have really good eyelashes! ...not like I use it to my advantage or anything...), which most of us aren't, you need an eyelash grower. There are natural and and unnatural varieties, some are expensive and some are inexpensive. You have to experiment, because everyone's body is different and reacts differently to the stuff. My girlfriend, for example, had a really good result with some knockoff cheap brand!
So, go figure - the six dollar grower did it for her.
